The challenge

Rubik’s needed a sub-brand logo to celebrate their upcoming 40th anniversary in 2020. However, with a large number of fake Rubik’s Cube brands out there, how could we ensure that the Rubik’s Brand logo was not only going to stand out but was also going to act as a catalyst for the introduction of the new and consistent Rubik’s Brand style.

Our solution

As part of a larger re-branding project, we created the Rubik’s Brands 40th Anniversary logo using integral elements of the new brand style, including the dynamic shapes and bold Rubik’s colours to not only introduce the new style but also make the Original Rubik’s Cube stand out in the crowed.
